All Things Blessa
Store Policy
1. Welcome and agreement
"Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God." — 2 Corinthians 5:20 (KJV)
All Things Blessa exists to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through what we make and wear. We want every product, and every interaction with us, to be honest, fair and beyond reproach. These terms explain how we do business so there are no surprises.
This Store Policy (the "Terms") is a binding agreement between you and Blessa, LLC. You accept these Terms when you check the agreement box at checkout or place an order. By browsing or otherwise using the Site, you also agree to follow them.
Please read Section 19 carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved through individual binding arbitration instead of in court, waives class actions and jury trials, and explains how to opt out within 30 days.
2. Who we are
The website www.allthingsblessa.org is operated by Blessa, LLC, doing business as All Things Blessa ("Blessa," "we," "us," or "our"). Our collections, including Kingdom Emissary, are sold by Blessa, LLC under these Terms.
In these Terms:
-
"Site" means www.allthingsblessa.org and any page, checkout or service connected to it.
-
"Products" means the apparel, drinkware, accessories and other goods we sell.
-
"Custom Products" means Products made to your specifications, including personalized items and group orders.
-
"Order" means your request to buy Products from us.
-
"You" means the person using the Site or placing an Order, or the organization that person represents.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
-
Order acceptance. Your order confirmation email means we received your Order, not that we accepted it. We accept an Order when we begin production or ship it.
-
Our right to decline. We may refuse or cancel any Order, or limit quantities, for reasons such as suspected fraud, stock problems or errors. Order requested goes against our mission or vision. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.
-
Prices. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax, including Texas sales tax, is added at checkout.
-
Pricing and listing errors. We work hard to be accurate, but mistakes happen. If a Product is listed at an obviously wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel the Order and refund you, even after confirmation.
-
Payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use that payment method.
4. Shipping
Standard shipping goes through our shipping processor. Orders are only shipped within the United States. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
Most Products are printed after you order. Some are printed in-house; others are printed and shipped by a trusted production partner on our behalf. Production time is added before shipping:

Times are estimates. Orders with items from both sources may arrive in separate packages.
-
Delays. If we can't ship within the time stated, we'll email you with a new estimate and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.
-
Tracking and confirmation. Every package ships through USPS or UPS with tracking and delivery confirmation, and we email your tracking number when it ships. With USPS, the first scan can take a couple of business days to appear, so your package may not show "In Transit" right away.
-
Address errors. Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address you entered, we can reship it once you pay the reshipping cost, or refund the Product price.
-
Stuck in transit. If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email support@allthingsblessa.org with your order number. We'll reply within 7 days, work with the carrier to locate it, and send a replacement or refund if it's lost.
Marked delivered but can't find it? Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early or leave them in an unexpected spot. Please:
-
Check your front and back doors, mailbox, building mail room and with neighbors.
-
Wait one business day. Packages marked delivered by mistake usually arrive the next business day.
-
For USPS: ask your local Post Office or letter carrier, call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777), or submit a missing mail search at usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Your local Post Office can also tell you the GPS location where the package was scanned as delivered.
-
For UPS: call 1-800-742-5877 with your tracking number.
-
Still missing? Email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll reply within 7 days and help you file a carrier claim. We can't replace packages that tracking confirms were delivered to the address you provided.
5. Order cancellations
You may cancel an individual Order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production hasn't started. Email support@allthingsblessa.org with your order number.
Once production begins, the Order can't be canceled because the item is already being made for you. You can still return eligible items under Section 6 after they arrive.
You may cancel a group order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing it, as long as you haven't approved the proof. Custom Products and group orders can't be canceled after you approve the proof.
6. Returns, exchanges and refunds
You may return eligible Products within 30 days of delivery. You pay return shipping.
Eligible items must be:
-
Unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags attached
-
Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair and smoke
-
For drinkware and accessories: unused and in original packaging
Not eligible for return (except under Section 7 for damage or defects):
-
Custom Products, personalized items and group orders
-
Items marked Final Sale, clearance or sale
-
Items returned after the 30-day window
How to return:
-
Email support@allthingsblessa.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item, and the reason.
-
We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't mail items without these instructions; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
-
Ship the item with tracking. You're responsible for it until it reaches us.
-
Once we receive and inspect it, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Exchanges. Need a different size? Return the original under this section and place a new Order. The new Order ships free.
Items that arrive used, damaged by the customer, or outside these rules will be sent back to you at your cost or, if unclaimed for 30 days, donated.
7. Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong items
If we got it wrong, we make it right at our cost. This applies to every Product, including sale items and Custom Products.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@allthingsblessa.org with your order number and clear photos of the problem and the shipping label. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, and we cover all shipping. We may ask you to return the item, at our cost, or we may tell you to keep it.
This covers misprints, wrong items, wrong sizes we sent, manufacturing defects and items damaged in shipping. It doesn't cover normal wear, damage from not following care instructions, or spelling and design details you approved on a Custom Product proof.
8. Custom, personalized and group orders
Custom Products are made just for you, so they are final sale except for damage or defects under Section 7.
-
Proofs. For custom and group orders, we'll send a proof when needed. Please check spelling, names, dates, sizes and quantities carefully. Production begins after you approve.
-
Your content. If you send us text, logos, photos or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy. You agree to cover any claims that result from content you provide. We will not produce any content that is copyrighted or trademarked material.
-
Our right to decline. As a ministry-centered business, we may decline any custom request, before or after payment, that conflicts with our Christian values, infringes someone else's rights, or that we believe is inappropriate. If we decline after you've paid, we refund you in full.
-
Group orders. Group order pricing, deadlines and minimums are confirmed in writing, via email, before production. Size and quantity changes can't be made after proof approval. You are required to collect sizing and quantities and submit them via email before production begins. After production begins, you have 3 business days to add to the order. After 3 business days, you can no longer add any extras.
9. Product care, sizing and appearance
-
Sizing. Fit can vary by garment style and brand.
-
Colors and placement. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person. Because each item is printed individually, print placement and color can vary slightly from item to item.
-
Apparel care. To keep prints looking their best, wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and don't iron directly on the print.
-
Drinkware. Hand wash recommended. Don't microwave, and don't place on stovetops or other very hot surfaces.
-
Intended use. Our Products are designed for people. Apparel isn't made for pets, and drinkware is for beverages only.
10. Scripture on our products
We take God's Word seriously, including how we quote it. Each product page names the Bible translation used on that item. Scripture from the King James Version (KJV) is in the public domain in the United States. Scripture from any other translation is used with permission of its copyright holder, and the required notice appears on the product page.
11. Communications and marketing
-
Order messages. By placing an Order, you agree that we may send order confirmations, shipping updates and other notices about your Order by email. These electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
-
Marketing emails. We send newsletters and promotions only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy [https://www.allthingsblessa.org/store-policy], which explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what's needed to run our business: for example, with payment processors to take payment, production partners to print your Order, and carriers to deliver it.
13. Children and minors
The Site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
You must be 18 or older to place an Order. Anyone under 18 may use the Site only with a parent or guardian, who must place the Order.
14. Customer photos, reviews and testimonies
We love seeing how God is using what you wear. When you submit a review, photo or testimony, or tag us on social media, you give Blessa permission to share it on our Site, social media and marketing, with credit to you, without payment. You can ask us to take it down anytime.
We post honest reviews. We may remove reviews that are offensive, spam, off-topic or that include someone's personal information.
15. Intellectual property and use of the Site
Our designs, artwork, logos, product photos, text, and the names All Things Blessa and Kingdom Emissary belong to Blessa, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may browse the Site and buy Products for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or create products from our designs or content without our written permission. Buying a Product doesn't give you rights to its design or its duplication in any form.
You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to access any part of it by means we didn't make available. We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules.
16. Third-party links and service providers
The Site may link to other websites, such as social media. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. A link isn't an endorsement.
Some services, such as payment processing, printing and shipping, are provided by trusted third parties. We share only the information they need to complete your Order.
17. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We stand behind our Products as described in Sections 6 and 7.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLESSA, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLESSA, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT INVOLVED.
Some states don't allow these limits, so some may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Blessa, LLC and its owners, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, that arise from your breaking these Terms, your misuse of the Site, content you submit (including Custom Product content), or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.
19. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
-
Talk to us first. Before filing any claim, you agree to email support@allthingsblessa.org (and mail written notice to the address in Section 21) describing the problem and what you want. We'll do the same for you. Both of us agree to try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. Most concerns can be settled this way.
-
Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve it, any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site or any Product will be resolved by final, binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
-
Location and fees. Arbitration may be held by video, by phone, based on written submissions, or in person in Tarrant County, Texas, or your home county. Fees are paid as the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules provide, which limit the fees you pay.
-
Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Tarrant County, Texas, or your home county, if it qualifies. Either of us may also go to court to stop misuse of intellectual property.
-
No class actions. You and Blessa may bring claims against each other only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the class claim must be decided in court, and this arbitration section won't apply to it.
-
Jury waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you and Blessa waive any right to a jury trial.
-
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first Order by emailing support@allthingsblessa.org with your name, order number and "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line. Opting out won't affect any other part of these Terms.
-
Survival. This section continues to apply after your use of the Site ends.
20. Governing law and general terms
-
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 19. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
-
International use. The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you're responsible for following your local laws.
-
Termination. We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time if you violate these Terms.
-
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be replaced with an enforceable provision closest to its intent, and the rest stays in effect.
-
No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision, we haven't waived our right to enforce it later.
-
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written custom or group order agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Blessa about the Site and Products.
-
Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship.
-
Language. These Terms are written in English, and the English version controls.
21. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Changes don't apply to Orders placed before the update.

4. We don't sell your information; cookies and analytics
We do not sell your personal information, and we never will. Buying from a Christian brand can reveal something about your faith, and we treat that with care.
Cookies. Cookies are small files saved by your browser. Our Site uses them to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, keep checkout secure and see which pages are visited.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site. It collects information about your visit, such as pages viewed, device type and general location, and reports it to us in summary form. We don't use it to identify you personally. You can decline non-essential cookies in our cookie banner, adjust your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site, like the cart and checkout, may not work without them.

-
Email: we send newsletters and promotions only if you sign up. Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
-
Text messages: we don't send marketing texts at this time. If we add texting later, we'll ask for your separate permission first and update this policy.
-
Order messages: even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we'll still send messages about your orders, like confirmations and tracking.
6. Your privacy rights
Wherever you live in the U.S., you can ask us to:
-
See the personal information we have about you
-
Correct anything that's wrong
-
Delete your information
-
Get a copy of your information
-
Stop using your information for targeted advertising
How to ask: email support@allthingsblessa.org with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, to protect your information. We'll respond within 45 days, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
Some information we must keep even after a deletion request, such as order and tax records the law requires, or details needed to finish an open order, return or claim. If we can't fully honor a request, we'll tell you why. If you disagree with our response, you can reply and ask us to reconsider.
7. Security and how long we keep information
We use secure, encrypted checkout through our platform and payment processors, and we limit access to customer information to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as the law requires if a breach affects you.
We keep information only as long as we need it:
-
Order records: as long as tax and accounting laws require
-
Custom and group order files: for 12 months after delivery, so we can handle reorders and claims, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them
-
Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe
-
Support messages: as long as needed to resolve your request and keep a record of it
8. Children's privacy
The Site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we'll delete it promptly.
Orders must be placed by an adult. When a parent, church or group leader orders items with a child's name on them, we use that name only to make and ship the order.
9. Reviews, photos and testimonies you share
Reviews, photos and testimonies you post on the Site or tag us in are public, and anyone can see them. Please don't include private details like your address or phone number. As our Store Policy explains, we may share them in our marketing with credit to you. To have something removed, email us and we'll take it down from our Site and our own accounts.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as our business or the law changes. We'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and if the changes are significant, we'll let you know by email or a notice on the Site.
